Return & Refund Policy

At Cuso Life Science, we care about your experience and aim to deliver high-quality dental and medical equipment. If something is not right, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, or refunds can be requested.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

 

Damaged Product

If the product is damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving it.
Photo/video evidence is required for verification.

 

Wrong Product Delivered

If the product delivered does not match your order (model, colour, or specification), you may request a replacement.

 

Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, you may raise a return/replacement request based on product type and brand warranty rules.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned, unless defective on arrival:

 

  • Opened or used items
  • Consumables (e.g., strips, papers, impression materials)
  • Sterilized packaging or disposable instruments
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for return or replacement:

 

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging, manuals, accessories, and labels must be intact
  • The request must be submitted within the specified return period
  • You must provide photos/videos of the defective or damaged item

Return Procedure

You may follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp / Email / Call
  2. Provide order ID, product details, and issue description
  3. Share photos/videos for verification
  4. Our team will inspect the request within 24–48 hours
  5. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for shipping

Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will provide:

 

  • A free replacement of the same product
  • Alternative product options (if the item is out of stock)

 

Replacements are processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only when:

 

  • Replacement is not available
  • Product is not repairable
  • Wrong or defective item was delivered

 

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after product verification.

Refunds are processed to:

 

  • Original payment method (online payments)
  • Bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

 

After Shipping:

Cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return after delivery (if applicable as per policy).

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • For customer-initiated returns, shipping fees may apply.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must follow brand-specific service and repair processes.
